This is a question I get asked ALL.THE.TIME. as a physical therapist and pain relief coach. After years of answering this question, I think I finally have an answer.
There wasn't an obvious, simple way to ask questions about pain, injury, and exercise and get an answer quickly...unless things had gotten bad enough to make an appointment with a provider.
I'm here to change that.
