In my private 1:1 coaching sessions, I work with you to figure out what is causing your pain day to day and help you make a plan to get rid of it.
It's that simple.
Typically what I see is people making appointments, taking medications, waiting for pain to go away on its own, but that doesn't FIX anything or help you do more.
That's where I come in.
We will figure out what movements and positions are causing pain, discuss how to fix it, and create a plan that works for you so you can do things like walk the dog, play with the kids, travel, do your hobbies, etc without feeling like your body is gonna pay for it later!

I’m here to help you do more of the things you love without feeling old, pushing through pain, or living on a heating pad.
I believe that EVERYONE should have access to legitimate ways to get rid of pain that actually lasts and is life-proof, meaning when sh*t hits the fan, you can get help right then and there.
I earned my doctorate in physical therapy in 2017 and have been working with busy adults professionally for years and I have been an overachiever my whole life with a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia since 2013 so I know a thing or 2 about the importance of pain relief that is practical and actually let’s you do the things you want to do. That’s the whole point, right?
I’m also a huge fan of my dog Augie, binge watching true crime on Netflix, and hanging out at my disc golf putting league every week.
Usually my clients main issue is that “life happens” once they leave their appointment. With online coaching, this isn't an issue. You will get high touch access to me with weekly zoom calls, daily support via Voxer and a custom plan written out for you each week. If something isn’t going right and you need my help, you get it–same day. If you need a pain relief bestie in your back pocket, this is the best way to get it!
The 30 minute Pick My Brain session is great for someone who has a few questions they want answered, they want a form check on a certain exercise or movement, they want help modifying they are already doing, or they want to talk about a few exercise for something specific. These are really short and sweet.
A 60 minute sessions is a good fit for someone who wants a more in depth movement screen or pain relief plan. You will get a written plan to continue with to work towards your goals and you will have access to me via Voxer and/or email for 7 days if you have questions.
A 30 Day Package is a good fit for someone who want ongoing support. Think of this as an expert in your back pocket. You will get access to me via email and Voxer for 30 days (during business hours) a custom plan with weekly Zoom sessions and updates, and access to my Conquer Your Pain Pro Membership for more support and resources.
If you need to reschedule, we request 24 hours notice to allow us to offer the time slot to another person. Please note that you will have 30 days from your first session to use all visits in a 30 day package and any missed/rescheduled sessions will not roll over past that 30 day period.
When you book your session, you will get an email with the coaching session contract and a form telling me more about what is going on and what you would like to focus on in your session so we can get started right away!
In the Conquer Your Pain Pro Membership, you get access to my pain relief vault and exercise library and you can submit questions twice a week to get feedback from me. It is a very supportive membership, but there is not 1:1 face-to face support. With these coaching sessions, we meet via Zoom and I work with you to create a custom plan based on your goal.
