Recently I have noticed that some of my clients have had issues working exercise and movement into their day because they have so much on their plate. I went through a little slump where I was having a really hard time feeling motivated to exercise. Me. The physical therapist and pain relief coach who teaches about movement. So I started a little experiment where I focused on ONE exercise for 5 minutes of intentional movement per day. I knew it would work...(5 minutes is absolutely better than nothing) but I was actually surprised by the positive results I was seeing.

So I decided to create a training to show you how to create a simple 5 minute movement plan that will help you meet YOUR goals. The best part? The training is only 20 minutes long and is designed to let you work as you go so you have a plan by the end.

No, this training will help you choose which types of exercises to focus on. No exercises or exercises instruction are included with this training.
