So I put my PT brain to work and created this workshop to help you do a little self-screen to figure out what is causing your pain so that you can get relief at home on your own terms.
I love this workshop because it focuses on things YOU can control and allows you to stay active and do all of the things you want and need to do while using specific exercise for quick relief.

First off, I'm sorry to hear that, but yes! This workshop can definitely help you because it takes a holistic approach on reducing jaw pain by getting to the root cause of the symptoms. This workshop addresses the jaw, but also the neck and upper back, self management techniques, and recognizing when you may need to seek medical attention. Everything I teach is about self-management and controlling the things you can.
The workshop training is about 45 minutes long with instruction, exercise demo, and some additional problem solving videos. You can work through it at your own pace and you will have access to it in your course dashboard to go back and rewatch if you'd like. You also have the option to view the training in bite-sized chunks so you can pick and choose where you'd like to start

This workshop includes a lot of education and showing you many different things you can do when you have an jaw pain. Some of it you may not feel the need to use right now, other things you may feel you want to start with right away. It is completely up to you and you will have access to the workshop and handout if and when you do feel you may want to do some of the things we cover.
