Are you ready?
This course is different than anything you’ve seen before. This course will help you figure out why your sciatica pain keeps returning and will help you relieve it in ways that are sustainable by reducing irritation on the sciatic nerve itself. You will get a full program that you can use for immediate relief as well as resources to continue to improve the way you move to minimize the likelihood that sciatica pain will return...and all of this information is available to you in the course portal whenever you need it and the ebooks/guides can be downloaded for easy access.
The beauty of online courses is that all of the information is available online so you can access it at any time. The main training is approximately 30 minutes long. Each additional video is relatively short and organized by topic so you can easily find what you need. After that, you can really start implementing in 15 minutes or less.
In short, you really only need a firm surface to lie down on, and a chair.
While not 100% necessary, some things that will be helpful in the future is:
• Yoga mat
• Small ball or pillow
• Resistance bands to progress exercises down the road

I completely understand! I designed this course to have redundancy and have the same information presented a few different ways. I provide an exercise handout with links to individual exercise demos where I explain proper form, mistakes to avoid, and modifications. I also divide the exercises by category and provide descriptions to make it easy to get started.
