Hi, I'm Dr. Megan 👋

Physical Therapist, Chronic Pain Specialist, Pain-Relief Coach, Overachiever, Fibromyalgia Patient

I tore my achilles tendon at age 7, had more ankle sprains than I could count, knee surgery, and a Fibromyalgia diagnosis all by the age of 17. So believe me when I say, I am no stranger to living with pain, but I also have a TON of experience relieving my own pain and helping others do the same.

I earned my doctorate of physical therapy in 2017 and since then, I have dedicated my career to helping adults get to the bottom of what is causing their pain so they can prevent it and get rid of it so they can enjoy their hobbies and life in general.

As a pain relief coach, I want to show you how you can do this yourself and conquer your pain so you can enjoy life with less pain, injuries, or other setbacks. With my help, it will be easier than you think 😉.
